Cloud9 Solutions is a rapidly growing Managed Services Provider that offers a range of IT Consulting, Managed IT, and Cloud services for organizations looking to source and implement IT solutions and IT services in their businesses or in the cloud.
The Systems Administrator role will have the task of assisting with our helpdesk calls and tickets as well as being an escalation resource for our Service Technicians. They will also help with the various projects we have on the go for our clients.
This person will need to be very organized and be able to confidently deal with client upper management contacts on both technical and customer service issues.
The qualified candidate will have extensive experience in Microsoft Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS/DHCP and GPO. These experiences will include planning, implementing and maintaining these systems. They will also have knowledge in virtualization and clustering.
There is also a requirement for networking experience including enterprise grade firewalls, Layer3 switching and VLANs. Office 365 knowledge including implementation and migration is a plus, as is disaster recovery/business continuity planning and maintaining.
